From feasibility to handover
Depending on the agency’s appointment: feasibility, preliminary and developed design (APS/APD), building permit applications, detailed design (PRO), execution studies (EXE), tender documentation (DCE), review of execution documents (VISA) and assistance with acceptance operations (AOR). Innovativepartners also prepares prior declarations and applications to alter premises open to the public.
Experience in design and delivery
Qualified as a DPLG architect in 1986, Arnaud worked as a construction manager for Groupe Casino’s catering activities, then as an architect and project delivery manager at Benoist Architectes from 1995 to 2006.
